Texas Sets Record-Low Numbers in a Variety of COVID-19 Statistics

The estimated 14-day average of new COVID-19 cases in the state is 2,225. It hasn't been this low since the 14-day average between June 6th and June 19th of last year, when it was at 2,158. As stated by the WFAA article:
